Update on property owner's lawsuit against hotel owners

A prenote compliance conference has been scheduled for August 11th, 2017 for KCM Realty's lawsuit against the owners of the Holiday Inn Express. We understand that people want immediate action to remove the homeless from the Holiday Inn Express but the legal system doesn't work that fast.  In the meantime, CBM's attorneys have prepared the Article 78 against the City of New York and that should be filed next week.
